Kokeshi Mage

Tattered mage woman
Kind of like Lulu or Morrigan
Wears a hood
Stole some gold and silver bars
Followed by friendly wolves
Wolves are very large, up to the waist
Dark in color, sort of brown and black and grey.
Sells metals to a nearby village
Treated rudely
Man running a contract board for bounty hunting
Very pushy, forces people into joining
Old, long face, red jewels on either side of his face
Mage woman smashes a similar jewel, supposedly killing the man
His face hollows and turns out, the jewels on his face burn and leave red marks
He is reborn, free of his curse?
Everyone is furious with the mage
Her actions seem to have far graver consequences than she thought
She believed she simply set the man free
An old wizard corners her
He claims to be the god of the world
Believing her to be an important deity in a cursed form
He casts a spell on her and morphs her
Massive, tall, Kokeshi-like figure
Has short hair and a kink in her neck, as if she was nearly beheaded
Her neck stretches high up
There are other kokeshi gods all convening at a mountain
